About our products

These synthesizers will turn your audio source into analog synth waves, CV signals and MIDI (with MIDVertor E1)

Our pitch tracking synthesizers feature the shortest latency performance giving you all synth control signals: CV outputs, MIDI output* and oscillator sound itself. In addition, Sonicsmith is currently offering 2 products powered conveniently by either a 9V PSU and 2 new products for the Eurorack environment. Both our 9V Squaver P1 and our new Eurorack ConVertor E1 will turn any monophonic audio into analog synth waves while giving you CV outputs of gate, pitch and envelope control voltages. The Squaver P1 and our MIDVertor E1 also feature expression pedal inputs for real-time, hands-free, continuous control with a CV output.

Both feature our own designed extensive preamp section with a clean 40dB gain range, HP and LP filters and two ENV followers both on the main input and on the side-chain input for alternative ENV control. They will both synthesize a square wave and a sawtooth wave with a front panel wave mix knob. Two CV inputs are available for arpeggiating the main pitch of the ACO. This is an oscillator, waiting for my signal and working just great. Works great beat-boxing or humming melodies, CV outputs abound. My signal-chain-input just got a huge upgrade. What you've done is absolutely amazing judging by the demos... Gut feeling tells me that the ACO is really going to scare some of the bigger players within the industry; it's really sunk in over the past few days just how many different things are actually going to be possible in terms of experimentation. Expecting to have a huge amount of fun with these two! Accessibility and having fun with synths is going to be a big deal for consumers.

I believe your new products are a huge step in the that direction, and I look forward to exploring new variants of synthesized music by their use.
